Problem with the heater because even at lowest temperature setting, it still came on and made the room very warm.
Good location. Just off the interstate and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel could use an update but is clean and quiet. Dennys in the hotel for even more dining convenience.
THIS was a great stay for 1 night. we arrived at 10 pm, got a great 2 beds , had a working shower, and had a good toilet with bathroom stuff, beds clean, no stains, a great mattress The free breakfast at Danny's was great overall very good
Rooms appeared neat, clean & sanitary. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the microwave & mini frig. Michaela (not sure I spelled her name correctly) at the front desk was as kind & sweet as could be. Hubby wanted to watch March Madness, college basketball championship and had difficulty finding it on the (sophisticated) television set. Michaela came to our room and found the station and stayed long enough to ensure we knew how to get it ourselves. We travel a few times a year from Florida to Baltimore, MD and drive the first 10 hours to Lumberton, NC & spend the night. This will definitely be our first choice and will definitely book here again!
Rooms out of dated. But the beds area very comfortable.
We truly loved this hotel. Felt safe, well taken care of, and didn’t break the bank. Free coffee and fruit. We even got a members goody bag on arrival. Nice place with dennys being attached. Dennys was a little slow but it was a holiday weekend. Will come again if we are back in the area.
Such nice people and clean rooms! Having a Denny's is also a plus. Jill (?) at Dennys was super sweet.
You can count on two things with Holiday Inn express. The best breakfast and the most comfortable beds. And let me tell you about Rashanda Walker. She just heard me when I came in and help me meet my preferences and absolutely made my stay. Y’all come stay here it’s in a great location.
